What do I do if I can not personally apply for a visa?

You can deliver documents to our office personally, send it by mail, or order a courier service. In case you are sending the documents via mail or with a courier, please, contact our consultants in order to check the list of all needed papers and the full cost of visa application.

* If you wish to order a both way delivery of your documents (pick-up and delivery when your visa is ready), the indicated above costs should be multiplied by two.
* Zone 3 is valid in Tallinn borders. Viimsi, Tabasalu, Juri and other Tallinn suburbs are not included into Zone 3.

Cargobus delivery is the fastest way to deliver documents!
Cargobus terminals are located in most of Estonian cities and towns at bus stations. You can send your documents to Tallinn terminal of Cargobus to the name of our company VIISA OÜ. NB! Please send your documents only with a registered letter! The registered letter cost in Estonia is 2,20 EUR. The registered letters are usually delivered in 2-3 working days. You can get more information from company’s website www.post.ee

Documents delivery from outside of Estonia

If you are sending your documetns from outside of Estonia, we recommend that you use one of the courier companies (HRX, DPD, DHL, SMARTEN and so on).
